‘Move and You’re Dead’ is a terrific episode and one of the more unusual of the series. .The story revolves around Alan’s participation in the Parola Sands Grand Prix - a motor-racing event where he is testing out a new automobile designed by Brains.
Victor Gomez a nother driver and his mechanic Johnny Gillespie are determined to win the race at all costs. The race is handled very well, especially considering the limitations of puppets and miniatures. The coverage features several crashes and focuses on the two lead cars - no7 (Gomez) and 2 (Tracy).
This car seems to be a unique, scratch-built deisgn and the driver is seated in the centre of the car. Which is a contrast with Alan’s car which is laid out like a left hand drive US saloon.
This would have to done in black plastic!
