ED STRAKER’S CAR - from the 1970 TV Series ‘UFO’ created by Gerry Anderson
Set in the futuristic world of 1980, the head of SHADO - Ed Straker - played by ED BISHOP - drives this luxury car in his day-to-day ‘work’ as Head of the Harlington Straker Film Studio. This was a full-sized working car created especially for the show.
The actual car is 15.5 feet in length, nearly 6” in 1/32nd scale. I can imagine this with opening gull-wing doors and a figure of Ed Straker inside.
